New Town Pale Ale

24 Aug New Town Pale Ale

We have WEST’s newest beer on draught from today!

WEST is bringing a taste of the Edinburgh Fringe festival back home to Glasgow with the release of the bold and hoppy ‘New Town Pale Ale’ (4.3% ABV) – named in honour of the Fringe’s New Town Theatre.

A hazy, citrusy, dry hopped summertime ale, it was created with the positive feedback from our pilot brew of Dry Hopped GPA in mind. Lots of Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Cascade hops added following fermentation make it a bold flavoured hoppy beer with notes of grapefruit pith and grass.

It’s unlike anything else we have on draught, and not to be missed for lovers of American-style IPAs. We can’t imagine a better way to spend the afternoon than sipping a pint (or two!) of the New Town Pale Ale in our beer garden!
